Scoring method
The scoring method is modelled on appliance efficiency labels (A-G), were the 2050 goal of near total decarbonisation and the low-carbon policy package sets the benchmark for an 'A' rating.
A 'G' score would signal no or only very limited policies in this area. The score are given for each of the indicators set in the low-carbon policy package.
The letters indicate the score of the 2010 situation:
Arrows indicate the policy trend during the period 1 July 2010 until 1 September 2011
